Where do you ship from?

Your products are shipped directly from our warehouse located at 1834 Gunn Highway, Odessa, FL 33556

When do you ship?

Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday. All orders placed before 11am EST will go out the same day.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3-7 days. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

What happens if my product never arrives?

Text, email or call us and we will replace it for free.

How does the warranty work?

All items come with a 10 year warranty. If there is ANY damage or a defect to your product, you contact us and your item will be replaced for free. We cover 100% of the cost.
