Q: Where do you ship from?

A:  Your products are shipped directly from our warehouse located at 1834 Gunn Highway, Odessa, FL 33556.

Q: When do you ship?

A:  Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday.  All orders placed before 11am EST will go out the same day.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A:  Standard shipping takes 3-7 days.  Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Q: How do I contact you?

A:  Use the contact form on our site you can text or call us at 813.304.2224.

Q: What happens if my product never arrives?

A:  Text, email or call us and we will replace it for free.

Q: How does the warranty work?

A:  All items come with a 3 year warranty.  If there is ANY damage or a defect to your product, you contact us and your item will be replaced for free.  We cover 100% of the cost.  

Q: I have an idea for a product.  How can I let you know?

A:  Drop us a line at featurerequest@liquidstands.com.  If we add a product or feature based on your feedback, you will be notified and receive that new product for free.  How rad is that?
